Privacy Policy — AMT Report Checker
Effective date: 29 October 2026
AMT Report Checker is an internal reporting and automation tool operated by Thet Htoo San for Arr Mann Thit. This policy explains how the application handles information through n8n workflows hosted on PikaPods.
Information We Access
With the account holder’s authorization and according to the enabled workflows, the application may access:
• Google Sheets: spreadsheet contents and related information used for reporting and record updates.
• Gmail: email addresses, message headers, message contents, and attachments needed to process correspondence and send reports.
• Google Drive: file names, file information, and file contents needed to retrieve, store, or update project documents.
• Google account information and authorization tokens needed to maintain the approved connection.
The application does not request or store users’ Google account passwords.
How We Use Information
Information is used to process project reports, update records, organize documents, prepare summaries, process emails and attachments, and send reports or notifications through configured workflows.
Depending on the workflow, the application may read or update spreadsheets, retrieve or upload files, and read or send emails on the authorized user’s behalf.
Processing and Sharing
Information needed for a configured workflow may be processed by:
• Google services for spreadsheets, email, and file storage.
• PikaPods, which hosts the n8n application and its stored workflow data.
• OpenAI and Google Gemini for analysis, summarization, or report generation.
• Telegram for delivering reports, notifications, and relevant attachments to designated chats or groups.
• Email recipients designated in the reporting workflow.
Relevant Google-sourced information may be included in AI requests and in reports delivered through Telegram or email. These transfers are limited to the reporting functions authorized by the account holder. Recipients may retain copies of information delivered to them.
Limited Use
AMT Report Checker’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google user data will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. AI processing is limited to the authorized analysis and reporting tasks described above.
Storage and Retention
Authorization tokens, workflow settings, and execution records may be stored within the hosted n8n environment. Execution records may contain information processed by a workflow.
Execution records are retained according to the configured n8n retention settings. Project records and generated reports are retained for their operational purpose or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Information transferred to external services is also subject to those services’ applicable retention settings and policies.
Access and Security
Access to the automation system and its credentials is limited to authorized administrators. Reporting workflows should send information only to intended recipients and use permissions appropriate to their purpose.
Revoking Access and Requesting Deletion
Users can revoke the application’s Google access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops subsequent authorized access but does not automatically delete existing reports, stored execution records, or copies already delivered to recipients.
To request removal of a connection or deletion of application-controlled information, contact the administrator below. Requests will be handled subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion from external services or recipients may require a separate request.
Changes and Contact
This policy will be updated when the application’s data practices change. Additional authorization will be requested where required before introducing new uses of Google user data.
