Terms of Service — AMT Report Checker

AMT Report Checker provides internal reporting and workflow automation for authorized Arr Mann Thit personnel.
Authorized Use
Use the application only with accounts, documents, messages, and project information that you are authorized to access. Do not use it to disclose confidential information to unauthorized recipients.
Account Connections
Connecting a Google account authorizes the permissions displayed during Google’s consent process. Enabled workflows may process Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive information and perform configured actions on the account holder’s behalf.
External Services
Reporting workflows may use PikaPods, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Telegram, and Google services. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. External services are subject to their own applicable terms.
Reviewing Automated Results
AI-generated summaries and automated reports may contain errors. Responsible personnel should review important information before using it for project decisions, financial approvals, engineering judgments, or external communications.
Access and Availability
The administrator may update, pause, or disable workflows as operational needs change. Availability depends on the hosting platform and connected services.
Ending Access
Users may revoke Google account access or contact the administrator to disconnect their account. Disconnection does not automatically delete previously generated or delivered records.
